Once for Scotland guidance to support NHS Boards in the development of comprehensive Psychology Service Operational Plans that can act as a route to the enhancement of service delivery and management of services.
8. Implementation Arrangements
The areas that should be covered are:
- Arrangements within Psychology and at Board and HSCP levels for oversight and tracking of delivery of the Operational Plan, and updating at appropriate intervals.
- Securing the key resources to deliver the Plan as set out in Section 6.
- Implementation plan (major tasks, timescales and responsibilities).
