National Marine Plan 2 - planning position statement: consultation analysis
This report has been prepared based on the key findings from the National Marine Plan 2 (NMP2) Planning Position Statement (PPS) consultation which ran from 5 November 2024 to 7 February 2025.

Section 54 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and Section 11 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 require the Scottish Ministers to keep under review the matters which may be expected to affect the exercise of their functions relating to the preparation, adoption, review, amendment or withdrawal of the NMP.
