This is an easy read report from sessions Scottish Government held to review the Health and Social Care Standards. These sessions were part of our Co-design Partnership Programme.
What is next for the Health and Social Care Standards
The workshops helped us to write a new draft of the standards.
Draft means a version that might still change.
Next, we will hold more workshops to see how we can make the draft better.
We are also thinking about other ways and ideas to help people understand how to use the standards.
We plan to hold a public consultation about our draft of the standards in 2026.
A public consultation is when the government asks the public to tell us what they think about something.
