12. Planning for the review of impact on children’s rights and wellbeing
The impact of the Marine and Coastal Restoration Plan on children's rights and wellbeing will be considered and reviewed at two levels:
1. It is anticipated that the plan will be reviewed on a 5-year cycle and so a review of the CRWIA will be carried out alongside any future iterations of the plan.
2. In delivering on specific objectives or actions under the plan, we will consider any potential impacts on children’s rights and wellbeing and carry out additional assessment of these impacts if required.
