  • NSTA presentation on license stewardship rules and requirements in seeking CO2 storage permission. The regulatory framework is primarily geared towards confirming capacity, containment, and integrity 
  • questions from group regarding whether O&G licence could be used for injecting small volumes of CO2 similar to an existing site in UK - NSTA confirmed this site operates on a petroleum licence, however, would likely have been offered due to the R and D nature of this site
  • storage operators will be expected to execute all work at storage/injection sites
