The Independent Gill Review of the valuation methodology of licensed hospitality is seeking relevant information relating to the valuation methodology for licensed hospitality properties. The information provided will inform the Independent Review’s work.
Next steps in the process
Following the closing date, all responses will be analysed and considered along with any other available evidence by the Independent Review. Where respondents have given permission for a confidential response to be used anonymously to inform the report and/or recommendations of the Review, the Review may do so. No analysis report will be made available due to the confidential nature of the responses.
