5. Next Steps
Following the election in May 2026, we will work with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on the proposed actions in the updated Delivery Plan, with an aim to publish the updated Plan in Summer 2026. The Leadership Board will have a key role in this process.
Bringing together the Delivery and Workforce Action Plans intends to support commitments made in the refreshed Delivery Plan that are underpinned by a resilient and sustainable workforce, that feel valued and supported to promote better mental health outcomes for the people of Scotland.
The development of actions will continue to be subject to principles developed by the Board.
