Information requested

All internal and external correspondence within and sent or received by the Scottish Government including attached documents, meeting handouts, memos, briefings to ministers, attendee lists, location of meeting, notes, minutes, or OneNote memos, linked to the following meetings:

1a) Kevin Stewart's meeting with Dame Sue Bruce on August 1, 2022
1b) Kevin Stewart's meeting with the Care Inspectorate on August 16, 2022.

Response

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in PDF form at Annexes A, B, C, D and E.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below in Annex A to this letter. Additionally, in Annexes C and D we are able to provide a partial release of some of the information you requested. The information is being partially released under, Section 29, Section 33 (2)(a), Section 34(1)(a), and Section 38(1)(b).
