Response
For part 1 of your request, two documents are held.
We are able to provide two documents. Some information has been redacted under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA. The reason why this exemption is applicable is explained in Annex A to this letter.
For part 2 of your request, six documents are held.
We are unable to provide documents 1, 2 and 4 because an exemption under section 29(1)(d) of FOISA applies to that information.
We are unable to provide document 5 because an exemption under Section 30(b)(i) of FOISA applies to that information.
We are able to provide documents 3 and 6. Document 6 has been redacted under section 38(1 (b) of FOISA.
