3Headline figures include people directly reached through a HEF funded programme. This means a person, group, or organisation that has been directly supported through delivery of goods or services which includes but is not limited to food, non-food items (NFIs), drinking water, temporary shelter, or participated in activities like vocational training, recreational activities, or attendance at safe spaces. This includes anyone who can be identified individually. When cash or food is delivered, then the whole household can be considered as direct beneficiaries, with the assumption that all will benefit from the assistance provided to the head of the household.
