You asked for: ‘How many mental health counsellors (FTE) have been appointed by colleges?’

Response

The answer to your question is: ‘At the end of each Academic Year the SFC collates information on the number of counsellors in colleges and universities facilitated by the additional Scottish Government funding.’

‘The last survey, undertaken for AY 21/22, highlights a total increase of 41 (FTE) counsellors for colleges from the original 2019 baseline number of 17.3 (FTE)’
