Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA) tool 2020 version 4.0 which allows user to estimate housing need in their local area.

The Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA) tool was refreshed in November 2020. The guidance sets out what's new in version 4.0 of the tool.

Please download and save a copy of the Tool to your operating system before you run the Tool. This may be necessary in some cases because the Tool contains Macros.
