A single, secure front door to health and social care
Our online app for Health and Social Care will be a key part of the 2024-25 Programme for Government commitment to launch a new personalised digital health and social care service. This service will be developed and enhanced in support of the Service Renewal Framework from 2025 to 2030. It will help us achieve our shared vision for health and social care – a Scotland where people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
This document outlines our approach to rolling out our new service MyCare.scot, across Scotland.
