Information requested

All the data the Scottish Government has relating to the handling of the FOI request referenced 202200290584, including all internal correspondence, phone calls, handwritten notes or other such documentation). Please also include all data relating to the involvement of ministers and special advisers.

Some of the information you have requested is available from emails the Scottish Government sent to you in response to FOI request 202200290584. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If however you require further copies of these then please contact me again and I can resend the information.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 38(1)(a) personal data of the person requesting the information and 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why those exemptions apply are explained in Annex A.

In addition, some information was deemed to be out of scope of the FOI request and has therefore been redacted accordingly.
