A copy of the guidance document referred to by Christina McKelvie MSP in a letter dated 26 October 2022 to DCC Fiona Taylor.

I enclose a copy of the document you have requested. It is important to note that this document was sent as a draft to Police Scotland and does not indicate the final set of values that will be used by Police Scotland for recording hate crime in their IT system.
