How the Scottish Government has calculated the claim that the Scottish Government’s budget this financial year has ‘been eroded by £1.7 billion due to inflation’ as said by the First Minister to the Scottish Parliament on 3 November 2022. Please include the calculations and the sourcing for those calculations or any figures used for the basis of them.
