Information requested
The annexes to the letter that was sent by UK Lawyers for Israel to Jenny Gilruth on 5 May 2026.
The letter itself was sent to you on 13 June 2026 in response to your initial request, but the annexes were not included in that release because they were initially missed.
Response
I enclose a copy of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemptions under sections 38(1)(b) (personal information) applies to any information that could identify individuals, as disclosure would contravene data protection principles; and section 39(1) (disclosure would, or would be likely to, endanger the physical or mental health or safety of an individual). Section 30(b)(ii) (free and frank exchange of views) of FOISA also applies.
