Framework agreements used to procure specific contracts: FOI release

Information requested

Information on seven contracts awarded by Scottish Government as identified in the Excel spreadsheet provided as part of the request. The information requested was in relation to framework agreements used to procure the specified contracts, specifically:

1. Framework agreement titles;
2. Framework lots where applicable
3. Further framework information to locate the framework agreements (e.g., a link to the framework's Contract Finder or FTS listing, the framework provider, or a widely-used reference number such as CCS’s RM codes).

You also asked that we specify what kind of procurement was used, where the contracts listed were not procured using a framework agreement.

I can confirm that all contracts specified in your requests were framework call-off contracts.
