Information requested

• How many Complaints have been received against Carrington Dean relating to trust deeds since 2022 to 2026.
• How many were in favour of the debtor and how many in favour of trustees Carrington Dean.
• What type of Complaints did debtors make and what do they related against to Carrington Dean.
• What is the highest monthly payment does a debtor pay for a trust deed and lowest amount per month since 2022 to 2026 with Carrington Dean.
• With Carrington Dean how many trust deeds lasted for 4 years and how many lasted 6 years since 2022 to 2026.
• How many trust deeds have Carrington failed since 2022 to 2026 to present. What year in the trust deed did it fail at. What was the reason for the failure.

Question 6, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the costs of locating, retrieving and providing the information requested would exceed the upper cost limit of £600. The reason for this is that our systems do not hold this information in a format we can produce a report for. To find the information we would require to manually look at each of the 2,200 cases to collate the information.

Under section 12 of FOISA public authorities are not required to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying would exceed the upper cost limit, which is currently set at £600 by Regulations made under section 12. You may, however, wish to consider reducing the scope of your request in order that the costs can be brought below £600.
