Serious Organised Crime Task force Progress Report information on Scottish Consolidated Fund (SCF): FOI release

Information requested

Please advise if there are any publicly available sources consolidating all asset recovery in Scotland akin to this Home Office bulletin for England, Northern Ireland and Wales? I'm interested in different civil and criminal asset recovery types (namely: Criminal Confiscation, Civil Recovery, Cash Forfeiture, Account Forfeiture, Listed Assets).

Currently there is no such equivalent bulletin for Scotland. However the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce Progress Report, which is published annually, contains the total amount remitted to the Scottish Consolidated Fund (SCF) through criminal confiscation and civil recovery under POCA; it also provides civil recovery receipts disaggregated into asset recovery, cash forfeiture, account freezing orders and listed assets.
