I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested at Annex A.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide certain personal information because an exemption(s) under section 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. These are names and contact details of people working in public sector bodies below Senior Civil Service level (or equivalent), and, where identifiable, job titles have been redacted.

Details of external people have also generally been exempted, and redacted, on similar grounds, in cases, where they would be readily identifiable, and disclosing details would contravene data protection principles.

This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’, so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
