Representations from public bodies regarding interpretation of Charging Guidance for Residential Accommodation: FOI release

I would be grateful if the Scottish Government could confirm:

(i) whether it has received any representations from Fife Council/FHSCP, or any other public body, regarding the interpretation of Regulation 27(2) and CRAG sections 07015 – 07020 and whether or not they reflect Scots law;
(ii) if so, what was the outcome of those representations?

The answer to your question is that the Scottish Government has not received any representations from Fife Council/HSCP, or any other public body, regarding the interpretation of Regulation 27(2) and CRAG sections 07015 – 07020.
