Information requested

In the latest 2015 Remedy update, you state that you have now issued over 3,000 RSS letters. Can you please tell me:

1) How many of these 3,000 statements have been to Scottish teachers?

2) How many Scottish teachers' RSS statements are due to be issued?

3) At what current rate (daily or weekly) are RSS being issued to Scottish teachers?

Response

1) As of 30 March 2026, 3,706 RSS letters have been issued to Teachers who are members of the Scottish Teachers’ Pension Scheme and are in receipt of their pension.

2) As of 30 March 2026, the total number of RSS still to be issued to retired Teachers who are members of the Scottish Teachers’ Pension Scheme is 16,883.

3) As of 30 March 2026, the average rate for RSS being sent to Teachers who are members of the Scottish Teachers’ Pension Scheme is approximately 25 per working day.
