Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

I would like to ask if Scotland has any contracts or involvement with Israeli communication companies.

If so which ones?

Response

We have completed a search of Public Contract Scotland (PCS) for Scottish Government contracts that have been awarded to any Israeli companies within the last 5 financial years. This provided a nil return, meaning Scottish Government have no contracts with companies based in Israel.

We have completed a search of the Procurement Information Hub for spend with Israeli Companies by the Scottish Government within the last 5 financial years. This provided a nil return, meaning Scottish Government have no spend with any companies based in Israel.
