- What was the total value of these agreements?
- Per agreement, please provide figures, values, legal costs, law firms & lawyers used by Scottish Govt & client/NDA signatories incl identity of solicitor, solicitor advocate, Advocate, QC/KC, Scottish Govt counsel, law firm and which party requested or required the NDA or Confidentiality Agreement.
