Addresses for the 17,830 premises included in the initial tender for "Gigabit Infrastructure Subsidy scheme Lot 4 (Scotland): Fife Perth and Kinross" (Reference No: FEB549175) which closed earlier this month. This could be in the form of the UPRN list typically provided alongside such tenders. I understand no award has been made and this list is subject to change.
Response
Please find enclosed the UPRN list that was made available to potential bidders at the qualification stage of the Project Gigabit in Scotland procurement covering Fife, Perth and Kinross (also referred to as Lot 4). This reflects the position as of 9th February 2026. The UPRN list represents the premises assessed as eligible at the time of publication. However, inclusion on this list does not guarantee that a premises will form part of any subsequent contract. Final inclusion will depend on its eligibility status at the point of contract award and whether the successful bidder has chosen to incorporate it within their proposal.
