I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. We do not hold any minutes of meetings with Miguel Berger in scope of the request, as no Scottish Government minister or official met the Ambassador after 1 April 2025.
