List of organisations that are registered to publish procurement notices on Public Contracts Scotland: FOI release

Information requested

I am writing to request a list of organisations that are registered to publish procurement notices on Public Contracts Scotland.

Specifically, I would be grateful if you could provide:

1. A list of organisations registered as buyers / contracting authorities authorised to publish notices on Public Contracts Scotland.

If readily available, I would also be grateful for:

2. A list of organisations that have published at least one procurement notice on Public Contracts Scotland within the current procurement regime.

To minimise the time and cost of responding:

• I am only requesting the organisation name (the full name of the contracting authority or organisation).
• No additional fields or analysis are required.
• The list does not need to be perfect or exhaustive — the most readily available list from your systems would be perfectly acceptable.
• Any convenient format (CSV, Excel, or similar) would be fine.

2. List of Organisations / Contracting Authorities that have published at least one notice on Public Contracts Scotland. This list provides information from April 2018 as this is the date the current procurement regulations came into force.
