What plans are in place for recruitment for the remainder of the year?

Request for information 1:
As of the date of your request, there were 32 live recruitment campaigns and 33 campaigns approved and currently in planning. These campaigns cover a range of roles across different areas of Social Security Scotland which will be filled either internally or externally.

Ongoing recruitment needs for the remainder of the year will be determined by organisational priorities, available budget allocations, and all recruitment controls in place. These factors collectively guide which roles may progress to advertisement and the timing of any future campaigns. As a result, future recruitment activity may be subject to change depending on organisational priorities and resourcing requirements.

Request for information 2:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested. This is because there are no currently planned recruitment campaigns specifically for Client Manager roles.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Social Security Scotland does not have the information you have requested.

If a business need arises, for example, to backfill essential posts, the relevant area may submit an exception request to recruit for these roles through the standard recruitment control process.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Social Security Scotland does not have some of the information you have requested. This is because there are no scheduled recruitment campaigns for Client Experience Officers.

Corporate support roles, interpreted as roles such as Business Support Officer, are routinely recruited for, and the timing of any future campaigns will depend on available staffing budget and approved recruitment requests.
