Response
The Wellbeing Hour pilot launched on 3 July 2023 and ended on Friday 27th September 2024. The pilot allowed colleagues working at Bands A-C within the Scottish Government main bargaining (SGM) unit to use up to one hour (pro-rata for part-time staff) of their normal weekly working hours to undertake activities to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. A list of bodies covered by SGM can be found in Annex A.
A staff survey and evaluation of the wellbeing hour pilot was conducted at the midway point of the pilot in February 2024. I enclose a copy of this evaluation as requested
