When the Scottish Government is brought into legal actions, we require to ensure Scottish Government interests are effectively represented while always seeking to ensure legal costs are kept to a minimum. The legal costs incurred to the date of request by the Scottish Government in answering these proceedings raised by For Women Scotland amount to £159,402.50.
