Response

Part 1 of request – I enclose a copy of the information you requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information)] of FOISA applies to that information.

Part 2 & 3 of request – While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in response to the second and third parts of the request, the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested because there has been no correspondence between Scottish Ministers and Rape Crisis Scotland within the last three months. This is an official notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the information is not held.
