Information requested
For 2009/10, 2014/15 and each of the past five financial years (2020/21 to 2024/2025):
The total number of concessionary passenger bus journeys in Scotland, broken down by age brackets:
- aged 0-9
- 10-15
- 16-22
- 60-65
- 66-70
- 71-75
- 76-80
- 81-85
- 86-90
- 91+
If it is not possible to break down the data into these age brackets, please provide a breakdown as close to these brackets as possible.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don’t have this information are explained below.
The data requested for 2009/10 and 2014/15 is no longer held in line with our data retention policy. All other data requested is available in Annex A which is attached as an Excel document as requested.
