Supplier information day information: FOI release

Information requested

On 26th January 2026, in connection with the Scottish Government’s bond programme, a “Supplier Information Day” was held at Scotland House in London. Please provide the following information about this event:

1. The programme/agenda for the Supplier Information Day.

2. The full text of remarks made by any representatives of EY.

3. All presentation materials used by any representatives of EY.

I enclose a copy of the information you have requested:

Document 1 is a copy of the supplier information day agenda.

There was no presentation made by representatives of EY at the supplier information day, therefore nothing to provide for request 2 and 3.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we do not have the information are explained in the Annex to this letter.

The Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have asked for because we do not hold this information. As such, I hereby provide you with formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
