A list of organisations which the Scottish Government’s Communications and Ministerial Support Directorate responded to questions from in calendar year 2025.
Response
In order to respond in the fullest way possible we have compiled two lists:
1. A list of every organisation who contacted the Scottish Government in 2025 with a question and received a response from the Directorate for Communications and Ministerial Support. This information has been extracted from our central correspondence system.
2. A list of media enquiries received from organisations in 2025, and responded to by the Directorate for Communications and Ministerial Support.
The Scottish Government Communications Division Media Enquiries list has been broken down by organisation across calendar year 2025. It sets out all Media Enquiries submitted to Communications and does not include media bids.
There have been limits to our response to your request. We have been unable to provide adhoc information held in individual mailboxes or on the Scottish Government's archive due to the cost of completing the search. This is an exemption under Section 12 of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) ‘excessive cost of compliance’/the ‘upper cost limit’.
