First Home Fund information: FOI release

Information requested

1. How much money has been invested overall in the first home fund?

2. When did applications open and close for the scheme?

3. How many new builds were bought under the scheme?

4. How many new homes overall were purchased under the scheme?

5. The geographical locations for all properties that were bought under the scheme.

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

2. Applications for the First Home Fund opened 18 December 2019 and closed on 8 April 2021.

3. A total of 2565 new builds were purchased using the First Home Fund.

4. There was a total of 11,916 purchases through the First Home Fund. 9351 were existing properties and 2562 were new builds.
