- The total cost of each meeting of the “UK Supreme Court Judgment (For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers): working group”. Please break down the costs involved – for example, expenses, catering, room hire, etc.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we do not hold some of the information you have requested. The reasons for this are explained below.
The UK Supreme Court Judgement (For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers) working group meets in a hybrid format and forms part of members' day-to-day business activities. This gives attendees the option to join virtually or in person. The meetings in person option takes place within existing Scottish Government buildings and as such does not incur costs. We can also confirm that catering is not provided.
With regards to expenses, Scottish Government policy sets out that colleagues may not claim costs associated with travel to contracted places of work. As such, members do not incur or claim costs associated with attendance at these meetings.
Each meeting is scheduled for a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes and takes place on a bi-weekly basis. The dates of past meetings, along with the associated minutes, are publicly available at: UK Supreme Court Judgment (For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers): working group - gov.scot.
