“I understand that Councillor Norman Hampshire and others of the ESES Regional Joint Board had a meeting last week with your Chief Executive regarding the lack of progress at Sheriffhall. Please provide me with the notes or minutes from that meeting. Prior to that meeting Councillor Hampshire stated that the relevant advice was now with ministers. Is that correct?”

I enclose a copy of the minutes of the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal Partners meeting with Transport Scotland held on 10 December 2025 that you requested.
I also confirm that Councillor Hampshire’s statement that the relevant advice was now with Ministers is incorrect.
