Information requested
Could you supply all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence sent and received (including internal), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings and analysis, about publishing reports, papers or documents about Scottish independence, from the last three months?
Response
Some of the materials within scope are from larger documents. Only some of the material was in scope of your request therefore, extracts have been taken from those in scope.
Some of the information you have requested is enclosed separately with this letter and in Annex A of this letter.
Exemptions under S.30(c), S.38(1)(b) and S.30(b)(i) apply to some of the information located in Annex A. The reason why these exemption apply is explained in Annex B of this document.
