You asked for the number of non-domestic buildings owned or occupied by the Scottish Government that fall within each Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) band (A–G), based on the most recent EPC data held.

The number of non-domestic buildings owned or occupied by the core Scottish Government that fall within each Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) band is as follows:-

A+	1
A	3
B	5
C	10
D	7
E	2
F	3
G	3

Not all buildings owned or occupied by the core Scottish Government have EPC's. EPC’s are only required for buildings over 250m² in area, which are occupied by a public authority and frequently visited by the public.
