Information requested
The readout from the meeting between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Neil Gray, and NHS Fife Chief Executive, Carol Potter, as well as confirmation of whether an official was present at that meeting.
Response
I enclose the information we are able to provide that falls within the scope of your request (attached). In this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
The Cabinet Secretary and Ms Potter held one call regarding her resignation on 12 November. An official from the Ministerial Private Office was also present on the call.
