Could you supply all minutes/notes from meetings and correspondence between the Scottish Government and the Office for Statistics Regulation, from the last month?
Response
We are happy to release most of the sought information in form of a PDF attachment with this letter. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some the information you have requested because an exemption under section S38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information requested. Routine written communication between Chief Statistician and OSR officials is published on the OSR website, for reference (Office for Statistics Regulation).
