1) Details of The Company’s lender and securities at the time of the application?

2) Details of what, if any, security was offered?

3) Details of The Company’s insurance policy that were provided and, if so, the identity of the insurer.

Response

1)The following details relating to existing lenders and securities were provided on the application form by Byzantian Property Ltd dated 15 June 2020:

Existing Lenders

  • Hampden Bank plc, existing facility of £750,000.
  • Close Brothers Group plc, existing facility of £4,060,000

Securities

  • Byzantian Property Ltd – floating charge to Close Brothers plc
  • Linen Quarter Depot Ltd – First charge to Close Brothers plc over land/property holdings and floating charge to Close Brothers plc
  • Linen Quarter Damask Ltd – First charge to Hampden Bank plc over part land/property holdings and floating charge to Hampden Bank plc. First charge to Close Brothers plc over part land/property holdings

2) No security was offered at the time the application was made. A standard security was later granted when the loan agreement was signed on 30 July 2020.
