So far this month (November 2025) and up to the date of this FOI, could you supply me with how many working days Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture has spent in Scotland and how many days he has spent outwith Scotland on government business.

The Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture has spent 3 working days aboard on official business, including travel and has spent 17 working days in Scotland.

For the sake of clarity, we have considered your request as meaning working days Monday-Friday but it may be helpful to note that ministers can work outwith these days.
