Temporary traffic regulation order (TTRO) and temporary traffic regulation notice (TTRN) statistics: EIR release

Information requested

You asked for " a list of all of the TTRO/TTRN’s issued between 01/04/2025 and 30/09/2025 for the Transport Scotland areas, please. We would like the information to be in a list form (ideally as a spreadsheet) and should include:

• the applicant
• the road affected (and its USRN if possible)
• the application date
• the date the order was issued
• if applicable, the date and reason it was denied
•  the date range granted
•  the reason given for the order

Also, if at all possible

• the LA reference for the TTRO/TTRN
• the LA reference for the works

Response

Transport Scotland has contracts in place with Operating Companies and Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) Contracts. who manage and maintain the trunk road network.

Please see Annex A to this response for the details provided by these Operating Companies and DBFOs as requested above.
