Meetings between Scottish Public Pension Agency (SPPA) and the Minister for Public Finance in Scotland: FOI release

Information requested

• Since 1 January 2025 and 26 November 2025, on how many occasions have the Chief Executive of the SPPA and other members of the SPPA met with Ivan McKee MSP.
• Please provide dates of the meetings at 1.
• Please confirm if these meetings were minuted, if not why not?
• If reliance is made on alleged Scottish Government policy, please provide a copy of the policy
• Please provide appropriately redacted copies of the minutes of these meetings.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions of FOISA applies to that information (detailed in response below).

Between 1 January 2025 and 26 November 2025, the Chief Executive of the SPPA and colleagues have met with Ivan McKee MSP on 11 occasions.
