Current Learning Management System (LMS)

1. What Learning Management System(s) (LMS) or other learning platform(s) does your organisation currently use?

Response: Thrive Learning.

1. What is the LMS and/or learning platform(s) primarily used for (e.g. internal staff development, external learner access)?

Response: Used to provide internal staff training and CPD, including compliance training and running training reports.

c. Approximately how many unique users (internal and external learners) logged into the LMS/learning platform at least once during 2025.

Response: 20,372

Contract and Provider Details

1. Who is your current LMS/learning platform support, hosting, or implementation provider?

Response: Thrive Learning.

1. What is the value of your LMS/learning platform-related contract(s) per annum?

Response: £144,000.

c. What is the contract start and end date (including any optional extension periods)?

Response: The current contract with Thrive Learning started 25 October 2024 and is due to end 24 October 2026, with a 1 year optional extension.

d. Please confirm if the LMS/learning platform is hosted on-premise, via a private cloud, or through a SaaS model.

Response: SaaS model.

Procurement and Decision-Making

a. What is the name and role of the person responsible for the learning platform and/or digital learning strategy?

Response : The procurement framework used for Thrive Learning was G-Cloud, primary responsibility

Head of Digital Learning.

Planned Changes or Reviews

1. Are there any plans to review or replace your LMS in the next 12–24 months?

Response: Yes. A full review will take place, with appropriate tender and procurement as necessary within the next 24 months.

Integration and Strategic Use

1. Is your LMS/learning platform currently integrated with other internal systems (e.g. HRIS, payroll, CRM)?

Response: Yes, OKTA.
