AGB Resourcing documentation: FOI release

Information requested

All documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence sent and received (including internal), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings, analysis, which is to/from or mentions AGB Resourcing and/or Naz Anis-Miah, from the last three months.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under section 17 (information is not held by the Scottish Government) and section 38 (1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA apply.

I have provided a copy of a briefing for the Deputy First Minister's visit to Fife Interchange North, which is the only document the Scottish Government holds that mentions Naz Anis-Miah from the last three months.

The Scottish Government holds no documents from the last three months that mention AGB Resourcing.
