You are seeking additional details relating to the response I issued on 5 November 2025 about correspondence from the Scottish Government to Advice Direct Scotland (ADS) requesting information around KPIs.

You requested confirmation of:

• whether the position stated on 5 November 2025 remains current and accurate as of 11 November 2025;
• whether the Quarterly Progress Reports are the same reports already released under Ref 202500482374;
• whether any meeting discussed KPI monitoring, and if notes or records are held; and
• whether ADS has ever self-reported any KPI shortfall or issue (as of today – 11 November).

Response

I can confirm that:

• the position stated on 5 November 2025 remains current and accurate as of 11 November 2025.
• Quarterly Progress Reports are not the same reports already released under Ref 202500482374;
• there have been no meetings to discuss KPI monitoring, and therefore no notes or records are held; and
• ADS has never self-reported any KPI shortfall or issue as of 11 November 2025.
