Information requested

Under the Freedom of Information [Scotland] Act 2002 we formally request for the information listed below in relation to the Scottish Governments Framework for the Provision of Interim IT Staff Services, the Provision of Interim Professional Staff Services and the Provision of Admin, Catering and Manual for:

Total spend for each public body between 01 April 2025 – 30 June 2025 and to which agency (including agencies who are now no longer on the framework) for all Frameworks (Generation 3 & 4)?
Number of jobs held by each agency at 30 June 2025 (including agencies who are now no longer on the framework) for all frameworks (Generation 3 & 4)?
Total spend for each public body between 01 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 and to which agency (including agencies who are now no longer on the framework) for all Frameworks (Generation 3 & 4)?
Number of jobs held by each agency at 30 September 2025 (including agencies who are now no longer on the framework) for all frameworks (Generation 3 & 4)?

The information you have requested, is provided in the attached spreadsheets and is based upon the most up to date management information data held.

Please note that while our aim is to provide accurate information, we no longer retain individual names for interim workers due to data protection requirements. As a result, the reported number of jobs per agency may include some duplication.

The data provided on the number of jobs held by each agency has been collated from management information held for the period 01 April 2025 - 30 June 2025 and 1 July 2025 - 30 September 2025 respectively, aligning with the dates in questions 1 and 3 of your request.
